REFUNDS FOR ONLINE DOMESTIC ORDERS
Item(s) must be in brand new, unworn, with all tags attached condition. We inspect all items prior to shipping and will not process an order if that is not the same case on our end.
Refunds will be offered only after a Return Authorization Request has been submitted and approved. Please follow the following steps for a RA#.
Once package has been received, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your package. Note: all packages will be tracked in order to determine arrival date.

SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION
MESSAGE: NAME, PHONE NUMBER, INVOICE NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN
Once we receive the Return Authorization Request, please allow us up to 2 business days to provide you with a RA#. Once you receive an RA#, please package and ship back the item(s) ensuring that no damage will occur during delivery back to our shop. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the RA#. If we do not receive the item(s) back within the 7 day period, the RA# will be void and no refund will be processed. Lost items will not be our responsibility so we do recommend adding a tracking number to ensure this does not happen. Note: we do not provide shipping on returns.
