At RTND, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us online. If you have questions about sizing, fit, fabric, styling, or availability before placing an order, please contact us at info@rtndshop.com. Our team is happy to help you make the right choice before your purchase is shipped.
Online Domestic Returns
We accept return requests for eligible domestic online orders within 7 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:
- Brand new
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
All items are carefully inspected before shipping and will be inspected again once returned. RTND reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return policy requirements.
How to Request a Return Authorization
All online domestic returns require a Return Authorization Number before they can be shipped back to RTND.
To request a return authorization, please email info@rtndshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please use the following format:
Subject: Request for Return Authorization
Message: Please include your name, phone number, invoice number, item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for return.
Once your request has been received, please allow up to 2 business days for our team to review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number if the return is approved.
Returning Your Item
Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, please package your item(s) carefully and ship them back to RTND.
Approved returns must be received within 7 days of the Return Authorization Number being issued. If the item(s) are not received within that timeframe, the Return Authorization Number will be void and the refund will not be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as RTND is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund once it has been issued.
